We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using premium carriers to ensure your delicate items arrive in perfect condition.

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Processing time: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over €50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Processing time: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from our Mediterranean collection. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Important Hygiene Notice

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging is opened:

  • Sculptants (shapewear)
  • Culotte Gainante Ventre Plat (tummy control panties)
  • Boxer Gainant (shaping boxers)

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact and include the delivery note

  2. Carefully repackage items in their original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, shipping fees for the new item will be your responsibility
